At 40, I was at my heaviest weight, feeling lost in a job I wasn’t passionate about, struggling with hormone imbalance and an autoimmune disease. I was frustrated, lost, disgusted with my reflection in the mirror and honestly—wondering if this was just how life was supposed to feel.
But I refused to settle.
Through self-coaching, ongoing personal development, and a whole lot of trial and error, I transformed—not just my body but my entire life. My journey began as a group fitness coach, and my love for fitness naturally evolved into a specialty in cycle syncing and menopause coaching.
